This page allows you to submit a withdrawal or return request for an order placed through our online store. It is designed to support the consumer right of withdrawal for distance purchases under EU consumer law, including Directive 2011/83/EU, while also allowing us to review each request correctly based on the product type, delivery status and condition of the goods.

For hygiene, safety and product integrity reasons, food supplements, health foods and sealed consumable products may only be eligible for return if they are unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
